If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed here.

All artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only unless discussed otherwise.

Credit must always be given when using my artwork.

Do not claim my artwork as your own.

Do not edit, trace, modify, or use my art as a base without permission.

Personal use is allowed (pfps, wallpapers, profile displays, prints for yourself, etc.).

Commercial use, redistribution, merch, or public projects are not allowed unless agreed upon beforehand.

Please provide clear references and instructions in English to avoid misunderstandings.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission.

I may post finished commissions publicly unless a privacy request/NDA is discussed beforehand.

I may make minor artistic adjustments to fit my style.

Full payment upfront is required before I begin.

I only accept Debit/Credit card, Apple pay, Google pay, Cash App pay, and Gcash

Absolutely no refunds.

A sketch WIP will always be provided after payment.

Major revisions are only allowed during the sketch stage.

Minor adjustments may be made later if needed.

Additional redraws or major edits after completion require a new commission/payment.

Clients are responsible for checking WIPs and giving feedback.

Private commissions must be requested before work begins.

NDA/privacy requests mean I cannot post or share the artwork publicly.

Final results may vary slightly from samples due to artistic style.

Please save your own copies of completed files.

Constructive feedback is welcome; rude or disrespectful behavior may result in blacklisting.
